FAQs and Customer Service

How do I contact
Customer Service?
If you currently own a MinutePass Card, and need customer assistance, please call 1-800-325-0754.

How do I make a call using my MinutePass Card?
Dialing instructions appear on the back of your MinutePass Card. Look there for your toll free access number and PIN. These two things are all you need to complete calls from any phone…at home, from a friend’s, from a payphone, from hotel and service phones.

Can I use my MinutePass Card to make calls from my cell phone?
You may choose to use your MinutePass Card from your cell phone to avoid the long distance charges of your cellular plan. But even better, you can use MinutePass Cards from any home phone or payphone at times when your cell phone is out of range or your battery is not charged. MinutePass Cards do not provide cellular service and MinutePass Cards cannot be used to recharge airtime on prepaid cellular phones.

How do I know how many minutes I have remaining
on my MinutePass Card?
Each time you initiate a MinutePass Card call, a voice prompt will tell you how many minutes you have left. Additionally, when you reach one minute remaining, your call will be briefly interrupted and you will hear the message, “You have one minute remaining on your MinutePass Card.” The party you are speaking with will not hear this message.
